Each SpectraAlyzer GRAIN NEO analyzer can be equipped at any time with an optional test weight module – also known as bushel weight, hectoliter weight, or specific weight – to determine the volume-to-weight ratio of your samples. The results are comparable to those from a quarter-liter reference tester, and the module can be easily retrofitted by the user. Easy access to the device enable easy cleaning and maintenance. The add-on item is seamlessly intergrated into the instruments’ operating software and can be easily configured.

210-A102-1 Test / Hectoliter Weight Module for SpectraAlyzer GRAIN NEO is designed for the precise determination of Test / hectoliter weight in a wide range of grain products. The module can be easily retrofitted and installed directly on top of the SpectraAlyzer GRAIN NEO. The required filling quantity is approximately 250 g of wheat (1/4 litre) and can be added quickly and conveniently using the included stainless steel measuring cup. A built-in load cell ensures accurate sample weight measurement before the sample is automatically transferred to the analyzer.
